Thank you for considering an ARF dog. Most dogs receive several enquiries, and we aim to match the right dog to the right home so that they can enjoy a happy life together. If your enquiry is unsuccessful, rest assured that the foster carer has carefully based their decision on a thorough knowledge and understanding of the dog’s needs.

Jack is assessed as being in the Silver category in our Perfect Match system and is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and available for $350 (incl GST).

Jack is a very people focussed dog and will do best in a home where someone is there most of the time. He has good indoor manners and enjoys getting out and about for walks.

He has some good basic training and loves his squeaky toys. He is very responsive to treats and is pretty quick on the uptake. He would benefit from a home where his training and development can continue so he will feel less anxious in the big wide world.

He seems a little unsure of new things such as dogs he meets when out walking and will need more work on this.

Here is a video of Jack during his Goulburn’s Got Talent audition

IF you are interested in sharing your life with Jack please contact his carer and tell her a little about what you are offering and find out more about him.

Topsy is a unique little girl with loads of quirky personality and character.  She is an affectionate and loving little cuddle-pot with lots of expression in her dear little face.

Topsy loves to sit on your lap and watch television with you, literally watching television cheering on the footballers and chasing any animals off the screen.

Topsy loves all her family and friends, both dog and human and is ok with cats. She is very close to her doggy friends in the foster home and is always playing and cuddled up to them. She enjoys a lot of contact with her buddies and must be in a home with another friendly dog for companionship. It is most important for her to be a true, included part of her family.

Topsy does have special needs as she has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and early arthritis in her hips.  She will need a family that will be committed to ongoing management of her hip issues and any pain that could be associated with this in the future. It is likely that this will shorten her life but at this time it is very manageable and she is a very happy little dog.  Topsy is also bald on her underside. A number of tests have been undertaken to determine the cause and it appears that it may be pattern alopecia, meaning that hair will not grow. This condition requires regularly baths and a premium quality diet to keep the skin healthy.

All this aside, Topsy is loved by everyone who meets her and is never short on making new friends. She really is one quirky and cool little dog!
