Lady – Bulldog (and Boss)

What a sweet girl Lady is!  This beautiful girl loves to be close to her people and is quite devoted – loving pats and cuddles.

Lady came into care with Boss, her older companion.  Lady is a Bulldog cross, probably the size of a small labrador.  She has a happy disposition and loves to play with toys and will also play fetch.  She is quite good at operating on soft toys, slimming them considerably after one quick game. Lady is such a pretty girl and is generally in good health.  Lady is also such a character and makes to most amazing ‘Chewbacca’ noises.

Lady’s wonderful nature showed through when my elderly and frail stepfather stayed at Christmas.  He loved her company and at one stage we lost Lady and he had snuck her into bed with him. He said he felt safe with her next to him.

Lady has been good with other gentle friendly dogs.  She likes to get out for a walk.  She can be strong on lead at times, though is generally well behaved.

Lady loves her companion, Boss the Bulldog, and always makes sure he is ok. They always can be found snuggled together.  It is preferred for Lady and Boss to be rehomed together, however would consider separation if there was the perfect individual homes for them.  Not negotiable is that there needs to be another suitable dog in the home and that she would be allowed inside.

She has not been tested around cats and probably best in a home without cats/pocket pets.  Due to her size and being a little ‘boofy’, children would need to be older – over 8 years.

Lady is just gorgeous and is looking forward to having a family full of love to call her own.
