Thank you for considering an ARF puppy. Most pups receive several enquiries, and we aim to match the right dog to the right home so that they can enjoy a happy life together. Whether or not your enquiry is successful, rest assured that the foster carer has carefully based their decision on a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Pup’s needs. Please note that puppies will not be able to leave their foster home until a minimum of 8 weeks of age.

ARF puppies are all assessed as being in the Silver category of our Perfect Match system and are available at the special price of $400 (incl GST) which includes microchipping, desexing, C3 vaccination, worming and $100 contribution towards puppy training classes.

Clyde is a very sweet, laid back and chunky little fellow.  His mum is a staffy cross and his dad was well…. a good sport.  We think he may have been a staffy type too but we don’t know for sure.

What we do know is that Clyde loves people and is always ready to help out with ISO working from home, holding up your keyboard strokes and swapping with cuddles.  He is also happy to wander back to his bed for a nap.

Clyde is the only puppy in the litter, so he has missed out on learning from his other littermates.  He has enjoyed mixing with the other several dogs in his foster home with no problems. He especially loves his Uncle Rocky, a staffy who lives in the foster home that looks just like an older version.

Because Clyde has missed some critical socialisation with other puppies, he will need a home with a commitment to going to formal training classes and ensuring Clyde undertakes a controlled socialisation program through his first year of life.  Clyde will only be considered to homes that have another dog for company, or are home where someone is home much of the time. How you intend to manage his training and socialisation needs will need to be outlined in your application.

One thing for sure, he is going to fill his new family’s heart and home with lots of love and cuddles.

'Rescued' is my favourite breed
