More About Matilda – ON HOLD

Matilda and Macca came into care last weekend.  They are with different foster carers and are separated for the first time in their young lives but are coping well.  Matilda is gets on with the dogs she is now living with and although a little shy, has settled in very well.

She walks well on the lead though tends to pull when she sees something that needs investigating, and will need a walk most days.  Matilda she loves playing with toys and enjoys chasing her tennis ball.  She has a longish coat and will need clipping in the spring, but then it can grow through summer and autumn so the longer hair keeps her warmer in the winter months.

Matilda is toilet trained, and flies through the doggie door so will be expecting to live as an inside dog with her family.  She is a lovely little dog who is looking for a safe happy home with her brother Macca.

More about Matilda when she has been here a bit longer.

Thank you for considering an ARF dog. Most dogs receive several enquiries, and we aim to match the right dog to the right home so that they can enjoy a happy life together. If your enquiry is successful, rest assured that the foster carer has carefully based their decision on a thorough knowledge and understanding of the dog’s needs.
