Moon Dust

Moon Dust aka “Dusty” is a social butterfly that loves loves loves being with people and other dogs.  Dusty came into care a few weeks ago and has shown to be a confident, outgoing boy with also a softer nature about him.  Dusty is currently living with other dogs and young kids and although excited at first with the dogs he shows a lovely respect and settles quickly if they tell him he is being a bit too much 😉 Dusty has been great around the kids and although is excited for the pats he manages to contain himself most of the time and tries his best not to jump up.  Dusty walks well on lead, knows sit and drop, travels well in the car, has started learning to recall, and toilet training is a work in progress.

Dusty’s potential home will be someone keen to continue his training and socialization as he is still in his critical period of learning.  The successful applicant would preferably have a knowledge and has had working dogs previously.  Dusty would be happy to go to a home either with a family with the time and commitment to train or a couple that have an active lifestyle.  Dusty would do best with another confident female dog to help show him the way, this would be preferred, but not essential.
