Crash (and Coco)

Crash (and Coco)

Animal ID No: ARF1569
Rescue Date: 14 October 2023
Adopted Date: 18 February 2024

What a gorgeous boy Crash is.  He is very Beagley and loves sniffing around and playing fetch with a ball.  He is a perfect ready made friend along with his sister Coco.  He is nice and easy to walk on lead and has good basic training.
Crash and his sister, Coco, are a packaged deal – they are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. They have been with each other since birth and are inseparable.
They loooove people, are super affectionate, and can never get enough pats!!  Both are happy to hang out in the yard when their humans aren’t home and are happy to snooze the time away until you return.
Like all beagles, they are very food motivated and will bench surf if something tasty gets left out unattended. They also enjoy a good bae every now and again when something interesting passes by the house.
Both are very energetic for their age and love getting out and about (they travel well in the car). They require a minimum of 2 walks a day for at least 30-40min each. Being scent hounds, they enjoy synchronised sniffing for most of their walks. They like to make frequent stops to get an extra good sniff and get the mental stimulation that these clever pups need (Coco is the lead sniffer of the pair). Crash gets very excited about meeting other dogs and is getting better at polite meet and greets with minimal barking, especially with the help of some high value treats.
Coco and Crash would suit a home with outdoor access, whose inhabitants are pretty/very active, and ideally without young children under the age 5 or frail elderly due to their tendency to jump up on people and pull on lead occasionally when following an irresistible scent.
