Bryn

Bryn is a young, around 7 to 8 months of age, and large crossbreed dog. Various breeds have been suggested, from bull arab to staghound mix. He stands around 60 cms at the shoulder and still has some growing to do.

Having said that, he is a very gentle boy, loves cuddling up with his people ,and gets on well with the other dogs in the house. He prefers his human’s company to the dogs and will usually hang about with us unless there is a game on. He stays with the pack on walks and is now off lead in a large safe area with the other dogs. While showing some interest in neighbouring stock and wildlife, he can be distracted and comes when called.  He does walk well on lead .

Bryn is only halfway through his vaccination schedule, with another due in a month, and it has been decided for his welfare to allow him his natural growth for a few more months before de sexing..

He is house trained, sleeps in his own pen inside  at night until he decides to join the others at sunrise. He uses the dog doors. Bryn does not need long periods of exercise. At this stage a few half hour outings a day is enough, and he doesn’t want to do long distances at this stage. He does need the space to stretch those legs though.

Bryn has become attached to his foster family quickly and firmly, and would do the same with another family looking for a gentle,  faithful companion.
