Tilly

I’ve never fostered an easier dog.  Tilly is a sweet and gentle girl who just wants to be close.  She follows me everywhere.  She’s living with my three small terriers and although pretty good with them she’d probably prefer to be the only dog, or maybe with another gentle dog as long as they can share the cuddles!  She doesn’t interact with them but is happy to be in their company.

The vet gave her a pretty good clean bill of health for her age although there is some weight to be lost!  She’s on a bit of a diet and has lost a little already.  Vet also said if I hadn’t mentioned she was 14 years old she would have guessed her much younger.  Tilly is a bit deaf but it doesn’t seem to bother her at all.

Tilly will trot next to you out on walks although she isn’t used to being on a lead but is learning fast.  She travels well in the car and sleeps quietly through the night.  When we get up in the morning she greets us with a very happy dance.
