Bear

This handsome young man will steal your heart with his loyalty and willingness to listen and learn.

Bear can be a little timid when meeting strangers, but when comfortable, he is affectionate & enjoys a good pat. as he can be a little timid he would be best in a home with not children.

A dream dog, he is content keeping his person company but doesn’t fret when left on his own for a bit. He barks when someone approaches his place, but ignores people walking by (clever boy!).

Bear’s foster carer has been teaching him all sorts of commands, including how to “sit” before eating, “wait” and “go to bed”. Bear will continue to benefit from a caring home with with clear boundaries & ongoing training.

Bear is comfortable in a crate, loves his blanket, chasing balls and going on walks where he can stop and have a sniff.

While Bear gets along reasonably well with other dogs, he would be best in a home as a single dog as he sometimes doesn’t like to share a ball. He also shows a bit to much interest in cats so best no cats.

Bear is looking for a home where he can enjoy companionship and strolls in the park.
