This lovely girl is 7 years old but has the energy of a young thing!
Niki is a mixed breed with a little Jack Russell, Foxy and a bit of Staffy for good measure and weighs around 7 kgs. So she’s a small dog with a big personality!! Are you an experienced dog owner, a person who likes routine? Niki is looking for owners who are happy to be in a routine and share that routine and daily exercise with her. She’s had some instability in her life and this can make her anxious at times, hence the need for calm, routine and exercise. She can be fearful in enclosed spaces with people passing and likes to chase bikes!
Setting boundaries and having that routine will help Niki to continue stabilising her behaviour. She’s a clever girl who would be great at agility. She loves training and loves her toys. Niki would suit a adult home and needs slow introductions when meeting other dogs. She has lived with other pets but can be overstimulated if there’s too much going on. She will happily stay in the crate when you’re out or when there’s a lot going on.
Niki can have seasonal allergies which is treatable with med. She has lost some sight in her left eye – this doesn’t affect her greatly.
Niki is a sweet girl, just looking for the next chapter where her folks won’t be afraid to guide her, could it be with you?
