Paddy has found it pretty stressful moving from a home where he had the run of the place, into a multi dog, ‘there’s rules’, gotta share the attention, foster home.
He’s finally realising that life actually isn’t that bad and that this thing called training is the place where effort is worth it.
He’s been busy learning to channel those busy squirrels into his work. Finally we have a teammate. A partner. A comrade.
Once all the stresses subside, Paddy’s genetics indicate that he should be quite the workhorse. And I see it! He’s up for any adventure. Just make a move and he’s in like Flynn. It’s the off switch he finds challenging. And finally he’s coming to the party. Ohhh how I love that clear mind, capable and competent.
Pads loves people. Is dog social, although can feel a little intimidated by the bigger dogs. Sleeps soundly in his crate. Is the cutest workhorse in all of the lands.
Paddy will thrive in a home who adores him, but who also understands that adoring means quality work time vs spoiling and pandering to.
He’s a proper little dog who would love to continue his training. It’s something that is giving his busy squirrels a purpose in life. And whose busy squirrels don’t thrive on having a purpose in life, eh?!
