More About Sooty (and Nipper)

Sweet little Sooty and his mate Nipper are looking for their new home together. Sooty’s mum had a caesarian section and the vet accidentally cut off his ear!  Makes him look even cuter don’t  you think?

These lads love to play ball together! and yes, Nipper has limited vision due to cataracts but Sooty helps him along. Sooty drops the ball so Nipper can hear it and pick it up, so then the game is on, dropping, chasing and having lots of fun. These boys are only small and like to keep on the move, playing together in the house. But as you can see from the photos also like to snooze for a good part of the day.

See a video of them playing together here.

They love children, love other dogs (they used to live with a lab). They’re not sure sure about cats, but could be introduced carefully. They love going for walks and spending time with the family. They are smaller dogs, and will fit comfortably into your home as long as they have some garden/verandah to run around on safely through the day. If in the house, they do need reminders to pop out to toilet. The boys sleep in the crate (together) at night.

These two are a delightful pair and would love to share their lives with a loving owner – what do you think?

Thank you for considering an ARF dog. Most dogs receive many enquiries, and we aim to match the right dog to the right home so that they can enjoy a happy life together. If your enquiry is unsuccessful, rest assured that the foster carer has carefully based their decision on a thorough knowledge and understanding of the dog’s needs.
